The Chiques PreK Program is a new outreach ministry to the local Mount Joy community.
Our curriculum focuses on entwining honesty, trust, love and integrity through the teaching of activities supporting and celebrating diversity through God’s teachings.

OUR Program
At Chiques UM Church PreK children are challenged to explore and participate in a variety of learning experiences that include literature, language, art, music, science and math while developing a relationship with God. Children graduating from the Chiques UMC PreK program will be prepared to excel in Kindergarten socially and mentally.
Learning Centers
are a core part of the instructional day. Learning centers are intentionally designed to challenge students in early learning skills and include:
Children are provided with a morning and afternoon snack. Parents are instructed to provide a packed lunch for their child.
Class Information and Tuition Rates
Enrollment is currently open for the full day (8:20AM to 2:40PM M-F) 3–5-year-old pre-kindergarten class. Classes have started and run year-round. Students must be 3 years old by the start of the term.
2022-2023 School Year Tuition
$150/week per child*
*If a family has more than one child in the program, then a 20% discount will be provided for the
second child.
Registration
A limited number of children will be accepted for each class on a first come-first served basis. When a class is filled, children registering after that time will be placed on a waiting list until a spot becomes available.
A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is due at time of enrollment to guarantee a child’s placement. The registration fee will be applied to the first week’s tuition.
Applications are to be submitted to the Chiques UM Church office via mail or in person. Applications must be submitted with the $150 registration fee and be addressed to:
