Chiques Women in mission
The Chiques Women in Mission group supports a myriad of missionaries and projects. They sponsor the All Church Bazaar in November, and the Mother/Daughter Banquet in May. If you have a heart for missions, this is the group for you.
We meet the third Thursday of the month at 6:30pm, in Sloan Hall, from February through November.

The Elderberries
Our senior group, the Elderberries, provides engaging programs for fun and fellowship each month. Each program opens with a devotional and concludes with refreshments. The programs vary from musical performances, guest speakers, to innovative tours in the surrounding area. We meet the second Tuesday of each month in Sloan Hall. We would love to have you join us!

Volunteers in mission
The purpose of Volunteers in Mission (VIM) is to show the love of Jesus, as they perform the physical tasks needed in emergency situations and ongoing operations. Chiques sponsors an ongoing VIM Team each February to service the Methodist Church in a mountainous area of Puerto Rico, in need of assistance. If you have a passion for missions, this group may be a great place to connect.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a group who crochet or knit prayer shawls and prayer blankets for those in need. This group was established in 2013 and have donated over 315 prayer shawls and blankets to individuals in the church, the Mount Joy community, the Lancaster County area, and throughout the United States. They meet on the first Wednesday of the month, at 2:00 pm, in Fellowship Hall.
